ARE YOUR PIECES HANDMADE?

Yes.

I create my pieces by hand using clay, eco resin and other mixed media techniques. Because they are handmade, small variations and imperfections are part of their character.

No two pieces will ever be completely identical.

 

 

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

I work mainly with clay and eco resin, although I also use other materials and mixed media techniques depending on the piece.

The material used will be listed with individual artwork wherever possible.

 

 

ARE THE STOCKPORT GHOSTS REAL?

Nooooo and that's an important part of the fun.

The Stockport Ghosts are my own fictional creations, inspired by real places, local atmosphere, history and my imagination.

They are imagined spirits, not claims of real hauntings or historical people.

 

 

ARE THE FÁE REAL?

The Fáe pieces are inspired by folklore, faerie traditions and my own imagination.

Some ideas draw on existing folklore.

Others are entirely my own creations.

Each character has its own story and personality.

 

 

DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?

Yes, depending on the project and my current workload.

If you have an idea for a custom ghost, Fáe door, altar piece or other strange creation, get in touch and we can discuss it.

 

 

CAN I CUSTOMISE A PIECE?

Some pieces can be customised in colour, size, symbolism or other details.

Customisation depends on the individual piece, so please ask before ordering.

 

 

DO YOU SELL ONLINE?

Available pieces will be listed with their price and availability wherever possible.

Some one off pieces may be sold directly through social media or at markets.

If you see something you'd like that isn't currently marked as available, please get in touch.

 

 

DO YOU SELL AT MARKETS?

Yes.

Market dates and event information will be shared on my social media.

 

 

CAN I ASK ABOUT A PIECE I SAW ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Absolutely.

If you see something you like, send me a message or email and tell me which piece you're interested in.

If it has already found a home, I may be able to create something inspired by it, although handmade pieces will never be exact copies.

 

 

DO YOU MAKE EVERYTHING YOURSELF?

The artwork, sculpting, casting, painting and finishing are carried out by me, although some pieces may incorporate commercially produced components or materials where appropriate.

 

 

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

I'm based in Hazel Grove, Stockport, UK.

 

 

DO YOU SHIP?

Shipping arrangements and costs will depend on the individual piece.

At present I only ship within the uk, although I will offer free hand delivery within the Stockport area.
